Refunds are applicable for clients who have engaged our services for educational consultancy, university applications, and visa processing. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service delivery date.
- The request must include details of the service provided and the reason for the refund.
2. Refund Amount
Upon approval of your refund request, you will be eligible to receive 60% of the total amount paid for the services rendered. The remaining 40% will be considered an administrative fee, which covers costs incurred in processing your application, including but not limited to:
- Time and resources spent on consultancy.
- Administrative and processing fees related to your application.
- Expenses incurred during the visa application process.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
- Services rendered that have been completed or partially completed prior to the refund request.
- Fees associated with third-party services, such as application fees paid to universities or visa authorities.
